The chocolate crackle. Is that not a staple of every Australian party and gathering? Super tasty and super delicious, they are easy to make and will be a crowd favourite, whether you're entertaining little ones or big kids (adults). Filled with sugar, however, we know that you can be reluctant to make them for parties, especially if you're trying to cut out this less-than-favourable food group.

So, what if we told you there's a way you can make the good old-fashioned chocolate crackle without the added sugar? Hard to believe, right?

Or how about if we told you that with one Jomeis Fine Foods ingredient, you can add an incredibly zesty twist to this party classic? What is this magical ingredient, you may ask? Our Nutritional Jomeis Fine Foods Jaffa Latte.

Can this tasty dessert be good for you?

You bet it sure can! When made with the right ingredients, our Jaffa Orange Chocolate Crackles can have amazing health benefits. Our Jaffa Latte, for example, is packed with real, nutritional cacao and orange ingredients (nothing synthetic). This means you're getting the benefits of eating real cacao and real oranges when you indulge. Did we mention it's made with no sugar and no dairy, either? Yep, that's right!

What are some of the benefits of consuming it? For starters, cacao is packed with mood-boosting properties and a special compound known as anandamide. When it is consumed, it can turn a bad mood into a better one and help you regulate your emotions better. Not to mention it's also packed with healthy minerals, including iron, to help you find the balance your body needs.

Bring in the orange side of the jaffa latte, and you have even more benefits. Known for its skin-boosting properties, the citrus in our latte can give you a collagen boost. This helps to not only make your skin appear younger but can assist with controlling blemishes and acne. It's also a great stomach regulator, which can support a reduction in bloating!

Remember, other ingredients matter

Just because our core ingredient is so deliciously good, does not mean every ingredient in a chocolate crackle is. We have taken the sugar out of this recipe to make it as healthy as possible. However, if you top yours with ingredients, such as sprinkles, you will alter the nutritional value significantly. It's always important to be mindful of what you are adding into recipes (and taking away) to ensure every bite is as good for your body as possible.
