How to make our chocolate orange crackles
The Ingredients
- 4 cups of rice bubbles
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup of our Jomeis Fine Foods Nutritional Jaffa Latte
- 1/2 cup of plant-based butter to turn your Jaffa Latte into a thick paste/syrup when heated.
The method
- Add the butter to a saucepan or bowl and heat up. Stir in the Jomeis Fine Foods Jaffa Latte and mix until a thick paste is formed. You may need more or less depending on how chocolatey you like your crackles.
- Add the rice bubbles to a bowl and pour over the syrup, mixing to combine. You can add some organic honey for extra sweetness.
- Spoon the mixture into paper cupcake cases and refrigerate until cool.
